Not a good experience. The ensuite is very out dated and cramped. They couldn’t get our meals right. I ordered a drink the young girl behind the bar couldn’t find it in the register so even though it was behind the bar I couldn’t have one I had to change my drink. Vicki which seemed to be one of the managers was quite rude and abrupt. I would not recommend staying here.

Convenient location to shops and Granite Island. Room was very clean and equipped with all basics for our short stay. Beds too soft for our liking. Staff at reception and restaurant very polite and accommodating on a very busy weekend. Hotel informed us about loud music on the weekend, hence having a conversation at the dinner table was challenging, but outdoors and hotel rooms were fine. Overall a positive experience.

The stay was fabulous, the location is amazing. The granite island is across, there was a fair nearby. The room was very clean and comfortable. Even though the restaurant was underneath and they have live music, we couldn’t hear a thing. We have a very restful night. Receptionist was polite and charming, she explained us everything. We are very happy with our experience.
