With gorgeous new furniture, appliances (including a smart TV) and crisp new linen and towels, you may not want to leave the house for the beautiful sites of Victor Harbor! This property has been set up with your enjoyment in mind.

Though when you venture out from this cozy cottage, you don`t have far to walk or drive to find all the fun and adventure.

Please note that all bed linen is included as well as all bathroom towels. Tea towels are also provided.
This property is dog friendly. Please let us know if you plan to bring your fur baby on holiday with you as there is a $75 pet fee payable. Sorry no puppies under a year old.
Strictly no smoking. We would prefer that you do not book this property if you or anyone staying with you is a smoker.

The local IGA is a short 250m walk across the road, very convenient and easy to stock up on all of your favourite holiday foods and snacks.

The famous horse drawn tram to Granite Island is only a 10 minute, 900 metre walk down to the Victor Harbor Esplanade. With many attractions and sight-seeing adventures once you reach the tourist epicentre. You will find everything in between that walk.....pubs, cafes, bottle shops, boutiques and bakeries.

You could walk or hire a bike and head over to hike the magnificent Bluff and take in the glorious sites of the Fleurieu Peninsula. And if you are a keen gym goer, the 24 hour Anytime Fitness in directly opposite this charming cottage.
Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$75AUD pet fee is payable upon booking. Please let us know if you are bringing your furry friend along.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
