1. The safe is useless as it is not attached to the closet structure. 2. The wristband used to open the room is not reliable, and it is not a convenient way to open the door. 3. Housekeeping visits were very late twice

Gorgeous hotel! Pristine place . The rooms, pools, landscaping, cleanliness, comfort, staff are all incredible. Only cons are that it’s not near anything. You need a car to get around. They offer golf cart shuttle to a convenience store to grab food or drinks. The menu is limited at the hotel restaurant. No tip option on hand pay machines so bring cash . They can’t make small change so it’s a bit inconvenient. We ran out small bills then couldn’t tip anymore. No nightly entertainment either. It was a very quiet place when we came. My daughter and I had the pools to ourselves. It was lovely. Peaceful and no people.

This place is great! The staff were amazing. Massages were great! We really enjoyed our stay and transportation to the city bus stop is easy and included. The pool is awesome and heated and not overly busy. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because we found it a little pricy being that it is not all inclusive. We also kept having to buy water because we drink a lot of it and they only provided two a day even though there was the of us. Overall, this place was great! We would return!

Double charged for the same stay

Pre-Paid with Hotels.com but the hotel charged me twice by mistake. Concierge Christian Navakr did not respond to my request for a re-fund and did not provide a receipt. Make sure if you pre-pay that the frond desk do not charge you twice.

El lugar es bonito y las instalaciones son nuevas. Pero hay cosas que hacen que baje de nivel. Por ejemplo, en el baño del restaurante uno de los excusados no tiene media luna para sentarse, a pesar de que intentan ser “lujosos”. El hotel estaba casi solo y aún así, se les olvidaba asear mi cuarto… le falta mucha vida y promoción.

O quarto e os funcionários são SENSACIONAIS. Instalações ótimas. Novas. Aquele cheirinho de tudo novo. Piscina perfeita também. Academia completa. Importante esclarecer que ficam dentro da uma reserva ambiental, e isso gera um custo (não muito alto) extra. Uma pena que não tem café da manhã incluído na reserva!
