Really nice hotel, I liked all the options for the kids, kids water park, kids club, the churrasqueria and cafeteria. The views are amazing. Restaurants are okay, the workers they were all very friendly and helpful. This resort It’s a bit far from both airports so taxis will charge over $100 to take you there. As well as any taxis to playa del Carmen around $40. Also you will see animals like mapaches, iguanas and I even saw a snake. For someone like me that doesn’t like animals maybe is something to take into consideration. But overall good hotel.

Very nice facility. My only complaint was that we never received our robe and slippers for the room. Other than that service, activities and staff were great!!

Our experience at Hilton Tulum was fantastic! The hotel is stunning, with various excellent restaurants, and the views are breathtaking. The staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay truly enjoyable. Transportation was also effortless to get to and back.

The food was mid. You had to have a reservation to go to the specialty restaurants. They were booked up, according to the concierge, but when we got to the restaurant it was barely anyone there. The water cut off while we were showering and it was cold. Drinks are amazing!! Kids corner was mid to me but my kids enjoyed it. The beach access was very limited. We stayed in Casa 6 but beach access was at Casa 2. The property is very large. I was happy that they had free transportation around the property. Room service was really good too. The burgers were *chef kiss*!!!

I enjoyed my stay that included the enclave lounge but when we first arrived we left rushed. The person greeting us was already telling us to follow her to check in when I was barely putting on my backpack taxi still unloading at the same time receiving the fresh towels to wipe our hands or face. When you arrive to an amazing hotel give the guest time to enjoy the view don’t rush the guests. There was also a welcome drink that we received but person that we had to follow for check in didn’t offer I myself approached the stand. Again the rush. Besides that the entertainment could be better. The food could be better. We are going to Mexico we want to feel that. Needs more Mexican food and that Mexican/Tulum touch.

Great hotel with fantastic service. Have to comment on the buffet breakfast! The lady on omelettes was amazing, the hardest working person there! Coffee shop a lovely treat each day along with cocktail of the day! Very comfortable bedrooms. Great pool service.

Hilton Tulum Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Resort is like no other place! The clean and pristine grounds is beyond well maintained and should be seen by all. My stay was incredible and I already can’t wait to return. The restaurants have the best foods and well curated. They are a cut above all other resorts.

Just came back from an amazing girls trip at this resort and it’s highly recommended. If you want something, that’s fun, elegant, relaxing, and peaceful. This is the place to go. There are things to do for children. There’s things to do for adults. The amenities are spread out nicely that way you don’t feel Like it’s too crowded if it’s too busy.

This was a beautiful property that suited our family vacation well, accommodating six adults and five kids ranging in age from 11 to 19. It was low-key which I enjoyed, although the older teens would have preferred a little more to do. We went into Tulum where there's a vibrant night life, but it's also a 45-minute drive each way, which wasn't ideal.
