Hilton Tulum was one of the best resorts I have ever stayed on, lots of people from different countries and backgrounds. The staff are a 10/10, never had a problem with any one of them. At the lobby bar there are 2 guys that stood out to my partner and I, we forgot the other guys name but Daniel was extremely amazing his service was a 100/100 most sweetest guy ever. There was lots of sight seeing and animals as well loll. The room(s) are extremely clean and room service was a 10/10 anytime we called they were on GO! Which was amazing. First time in Mexico lots of memories and wonderful people. To the people in Hilton Tulum we say Thank you see you guys soon!

Stunning views and wonderful staff. The hotel and all the bathrooms were clean. Loved the aesthetic of the hotel and each restaurant had different theme. Picture perfect.

Food quality and quantity was not good. The casa’s were very inconveniently far from restaurants and the beach etc. The pool/beach area service was very slow and had to wait a long time to get drinks etc.

The whole experience was amazing, the message at the Conrad Spa was out of this world, the service and attention to detail from the staff was beyond incredible, I had small accident while at the pool but the staff was beyond helpful. We took this trip around our 4 year old daughter and she loved the kids club and the kids pool. The only complaint I would have is that my wife as a vegan really had a hard time finding food options throughout the day. The reservation restaurants were amazing and had plenty of options to choose from. Overall it was an amazing experience. Thanks to the amazing team

Overall a great experience for our family, the kid swim park was closed for a couple days straight during our stay. But the ocean was clean so we used that instead. The restaurant options were nice, might come back next year. The staff were super friendly

This hotel is truly amazing. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The food was top notch. The property has something like 5 pools (we only went to two). The beach has amenities like kayaks for use. The hotel casas line the beach and have shuttles running constantly, there is hardly a wait for the shuttles. The kids club is a beautiful area with climbing and horse ride on toys. The only bummer was that the kids pool/splash area (which was originally why we booked this hotel) was closed the entire week we were there. But even with the kids pool down, we had an amazing time! We will be returning! Note: bring bug spray! With afternoon showers, the bugs came out.
