Nestling at the foot of the Montgrí Massif, between the villages of Bellcaire de l’Empordà and L’Escala, it has beautiful views and is a haven of peace and quiet in the countryside.

The apartment has been completely renovated and refurbished with a modern touch which gives it its special character. It features all the modern comforts for an enjoyable stay. Ideal for a family getaway and for relaxing in the garden outside.

Just 10 minutes’ drive to the beaches of L’Escala and Empúries.

The owners of the property, very respectful towards guests and their privacy, live in the house attached to the holiday home. They are available to provide you with all kinds of information about the area so the whole family can have a unique experience in the Empordà.

GROUND FLOOR
The apartment, 50 m², is on the ground floor. Access to the house is through the garden in front of the property. Open-plan space with a kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and a lounge-dining room with decorative fireplace, sofa, TV and table and chairs. A corridor leads to the sleeping area where there is a modern, refurbished shower, toilet and sink. A double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and window with a view. A double bedroom with wooden bunk beds (Montessori low bed) and window with a view.

OUTSIDE
Lovely secluded outdoor area offering privacy where there is a garden and a picnic area with table, chairs and barbecue. Area for playing, taking a break from your daily routine or relaxing in the beautiful countryside and watching the sunset.
