New hotel, enthusiastic staff

Hotel shared spaces and rooms were very new, clean and nice. Staff were 110% on the job, extra pleasant. The view was of a commercial parking lot, but ignorable. They have a smoking area, but it is by the front entrance and exposed to the cold, but that is the only minus I have.

My opinion of this hotel has not changed much since my last review. It's as great this time as it was last time with one exception: I've had to kill two fairly sizeable insects of the same type on the first night of my stay (hard shelled, striped legs - can send picture if you want). I'm not sure what this says about the property. It may be that some cavities between the indoors and outdoors need better sealing or separation in some ways. May be worth looking into in order to maintain an otherwise high quality property.

Probably the best stay at hotel my family has ever had. Amazing clean updated rooms. Streaming services on the TV (have to login but still cool). The best was comfy and quiet. Staff at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Oh and noon checkout is amazing!

The hotel was very nice. We had a suite. The only complaint was breakfast the juice machine wasn’t working and the yogurts weee locked. There was no syrup for the pancake and no pasties

Positives: Large room and closet with a kitchenette in every room plus a full sized fridge. Nice if away on business and need a short term stay. Breakfast was standard fare - well stocked and clean eating area. 24 hour tea and coffee was a nice bonus. Staff were super friendly and helpful from front desk to breakfast attendant. Negatives: No extras provided in bathrooms ( shower cap, q-tips, moisturizer) like in many hotels. As someone allergic to dogs it would be nice if some room were reserved as pet free. Hot water took a long time to kick into the rooms.
