I needed somewhere to stay right at the airport due to an early flight. This was the most costly hotel night I’ve ever paid for at $500+. Neither this hotel nor Toronto call for such “world class” pricing. It was quiet, though. I had to wait a long time to check in, so the hotel should staff the front desk better.

Initially assigned an accessible room which did not work for us. Huge spacious room but obviously set up for wheelchair access. Mini fridge in open middle of room, no bathroom vanity as free standing sink. Coat rack was at hip level. We requested a move to a room more suitable to our needs and were accommodated right away. Very friendly reception staff.
