Washroom lacked SHOWER CAPS/ DENTAL KITS. Room lacked SLIPPERS. When asked we were asked to come down to reception late night to pick. Upon callinv from airport, SHUTTLE DRIVER asked us to call ONLY after collecting luggage and when we did after luggage, he said he will be back in another 25 mins. We had a special needs kid with us and no one seemed to notice how bothered with lights and long queue she was at reception and screaming, so no bothering to politely ask for helping with check in at priority!! Not pleased at all, NEVER returning and RECOMMENDING.

Easy Check-In, friendly staff. There was some ice skating team visiting so kids were running all around in the lobby and pool area so I didn't get chance to spend much time there but room was quite.

Been going to this hotel for the past five years every years almost every month and this is my go to hotel in Mississauga, I just love it so much staff is so kind and so nice. They always remember me. Room are incredibly clean and spacious. The restaurant downstairs has amazing food. Overall, this hotel is a 10/10 !!
