Room was in good condition, it was really clean but the girl working at front whose name was Tanja was over the phone chatting when I needed help with booking shuttle to airport while checkout. She was like 11:00 AaM has left then the other person standing near said they can go by 11:40 and she was still chatting on the phone. The person told her to put outs name in the notebook for 11:40 shuttle and then she was like oh yeah and still she was typing messages on her phone and was not nice. It was around 11:05 PM when we were checking out. I understand that u might be able to use ur phone but not while the customer in front of u is asking for help .

They need to repair and or feed the drinks vending machine at the 3rd floor and make it accept cards not just cash.. feed it more frequently and they also need to open the mini market for longer hours as it will add more convenience to guests

The rudest desk staff .the housekeeper kept knocking on my room door to get me out of the room even though I paid for a late check out came to the front desk the manager and two other staff just looked at me I went to one of the desk clerk who never never made eye contact and the finally said “are you checking out “ I told him what happened ,the manager who heard me then left and went to the back the female desk staff at the desk ran behind him . The date to reference who worked this shift is November 17th 3:15pm. Prior to this incident when I called to ask for a late check out due to my flight delayed, the desk clerk kept sighing when I called and was rude also however she did accommodate. These staff needs more customer service training. I won’t recommend this hotel due to the unwelcoming staff.
