They need to repair and or feed the drinks vending machine at the 3rd floor and make it accept cards not just cash.. feed it more frequently and they also need to open the mini market for longer hours as it will add more convenience to guests

The rudest desk staff .the housekeeper kept knocking on my room door to get me out of the room even though I paid for a late check out came to the front desk the manager and two other staff just looked at me I went to one of the desk clerk who never never made eye contact and the finally said “are you checking out “ I told him what happened ,the manager who heard me then left and went to the back the female desk staff at the desk ran behind him . The date to reference who worked this shift is November 17th 3:15pm. Prior to this incident when I called to ask for a late check out due to my flight delayed, the desk clerk kept sighing when I called and was rude also however she did accommodate. These staff needs more customer service training. I won’t recommend this hotel due to the unwelcoming staff.

Was harassed and interrogated by people who gathered around my car before I can even get out. They came up to me before I can even put my car in park and started taking pictures of me, my family and my car. Then given rude answers to my questions and attitude as if I was doing something wrong. Was unsatisfied and felt unsafe the moment I parked my car before I could even get out and take a smoke break.

The airport shuttle driver was friendly and comical. Check in was quick and very helpful. Cookies were warm and yummy! Breakfast was delicious and a reasonable price. Our waitress was kind and happy. Room was ready early.

Check in was the best I’ve had in my travels. Fixed me up with a parking issue I had called about earlier that day and that started us off on a good note. Room was food, bar lots of fun so overall a good stay. I would recommend it to anyone especially if Danielle is on!
