Underwhelming

For a suite, I was shocked to see there was only one garbage bin in the entire place, in the bathroom. The lighting in the living room area was super dim. The faucet in the bathroom was quite loose. The bedsheets had some stains on them. The painting beside the bed had a dead bug stuck within the frame. The room temperature wasn't balanced. It was hotter sleeping on the left side of the bed than the right side. It just seemed like even the basic standards were lacking.

Room and service were good, no issues. Pool could use some work, I noticed a ton of material at the under the water output that looks like the filter is pushing filter debris into the pool. The hot tub was not hot, and was no warmer than a warm bath. This was honestly a very disappointing point for me as we chose this location over another just to get use of a hot tub. [This is the reason I'm dropping a star]. Finally I'm surprised there was no breakfast deal with the restaurant next door which seems like a missed opportunity for both businesses to bring in people.

Considering the proximity to the QEW, you could barely hear the traffic noise from our room. The room was clean and bright and spacious. We noted our whirlpool tub and large bed which was super comfy. I really want the duvet that was on the bed for him it was so soft and comfy. Definitely would go back!
