I originally booked the luxury king suite with jacuzzi in the middle. They gave me a different room without a jacuzzi and then they said if I wanted to upgrade I could to a queen jacuzzi with corner spot for a fee. Only plus for this hotel was that it had parking. Washrooms are awful, bed is stiff, rooms are small and bad ventilation. Overall a bad stay.

Hotel was was out off the way to civilization but we knew this as we were not spending time at hotel so didn’t matter to us. We walked everywhere and came back to sleep. Rooms were large but a little TLC to cleaniness Would help around base boards carpets and behind beds. Bathroom should have been cleaner…. Breakfast was good but dining area was dirty. We spent 3 nights reception hadn’t been hoovered neither had breakfast room: Some reception staff a little miserable:

If early check-in comes at a cost, then i should have been told that before confirming the reservation instead of just getting an automated response that i needed to call the day of ... so i came in early at the the time i said (after a very long flight) no room was ready, so i had to take all my things with me to my meetings.
