We were assigned a wheel-chair room which we didn't book. We booked a Superior King Room. When we complained we were told we got the King bed room we asked for. The bathroom had no vanity and the shower was not proper for anyone except someone in a wheel chair. The toilet kept running and the plug in the sink did not work. We have stayed at the Novotel many times but probably never will again. When we checked out, we were not asked how was our stay.

The room was very clean and the location couldn’t be better! The breakfast buffet was also exceptional! The staff were wonderful, especially Tatiana, who provides not only great service and invaluable information, she makes you feel so welcome and part of a ‘family’. I think many repeat customers to this hotel may be due to her fabulous customer service! It really makes a difference!
