The location is great for all events at the arena’s. Walking distance to many restaurants, arena’s, transportation (trains-buses) and attractions. The only issues in our room was the shower could use new tiles (some damaged ones) but not a huge problem. Overall recommend for being in DT Toronto.

The rooms need to be updated DESPERATELY. Lots of rust stains and in a terrible need of a paint job. Overall the room didn't look very clean at all. I immediately pulled out my disposable sheets and bed bug spray as I didn't feel comfortable even lying in the bed. Not a great experience for the price. The lobby is deceiving. Looks beautiful and modern and the restaurant on the main floor is excellent. The rooms were also too lout. We were at the end of a hallway and hear the exit door slamming at all times of the night (so loudly we thought someone was trying to come into our room) and there was exceptionally loud construction going on outside the window. I will not be booking this hotel again.
