The property was great and I appreciate the convenient early check in. The room was clean but I only had my room cleaned once in four 4 nights and they didn’t bother to take the trash out. My main concern was the breakfast buffet, it was absolutely horrible. Everything that was supposed to be hot, was ice cold, pancakes, bacon, eggs, hashbrowns. And they charged $40 a person for that. They gave my table the pitcher of OJ and coffee from the table next to us when they left. 1 star for the Resturant, we never went back to it again and that’s bad because we would have enjoyed it every morning otherwise. The VIP discount had to be applied at checkout also for the “VIP” discount too because server didn’t know what I was talking about when checking out.

Staff was so friendly and kind! This was our second stay and I was so pleased with our experience at this hotel. The bed and pillows are the most comfortable compared to all hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Love the location being such a close walk to Union Station.

Contemporary hotel convenient to Union station and the Lake shore. We liked the restaurant for breakfast or happy hour. Several other medium range restaurants just opposite. Our upgraded room on top 8th floor had a small gable window so was rather dark with a combination separate lights rather than anything central. Almost too dark to read from the bed area. Liked the nearby 8th floor swimming pool especially after a day exploring. A good choice for holiday or business.

The hotel is in a good location - only a short walk from Union Station, CN Tower, the waterfront, and St Lawrence Market. The room was spacious and clean, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. There are a number of restaurants and bars very nearby.

It was amazing!! The breakfast was really really good! The location was perfect!! The fitness center was perfect for me with lots of workout options. The service for breakfast was amazing, it was one of the best hotel experiences in my life and i travel a LOT, over 30 trips per year and some extremely nice places, this hotel was so good. Very impressed.
