Good experience with a few things to be improved
Overall my family and I had a good experience with this rental. The house was clean and large with 3 nice sized bedrooms and decent furniture. Realistically, the furniture only allowed for 6 people to sleep, with a 4th small bedroom having a few foamies on the ground.
The kitchen lacked slightly, having NO basic seasonings/condiments (no salt or pepper etc) and we came across a few items that were missing, specifically utensils. It was missing a spatula, there were no no sharp knives - all were very dull. We also found a lack of cooking dishes, as there was only one mixing/salad bowl and much of the kitchen appeared to be pieced together. We get that it's a rental, but we weren't impressed and struggled to find the essentials to cook meals.
The house is a bit older and we found many items needed fixing as towel racks and window coverings were falling down.
In regards to location, we wanted something fairly central to Canada's Wonderland, Niagara and Toronto and we were happy with being in Milton. Our family had an excellent trip and other than a few minor inconveniences, the house worked out well.
