It’s in the heart of Toronto. Very close to the Eaton Centre so convenient but the room was very dark duvet on one bed had questionable stains and outside on Bay Street it smelled of sewage and the courtyard between the hotel and the Eaton Centre had condom litter, construction and smelled of urine. Not great for families.

Will never visit this hotel

We didn't have a good experience at the hotel. It wasn't upto the mark for a 5 star hotel. The housekeeping was bad, we asked them to clean the room while we were out for hours but when we came back all they did was clean the bed and put the pillows back. Waste basket wasn't cleared, the floor wasn't vacuumed. The good thing was everything was close by, Nathan Phillips, Dundas Square, Trinity Square etc. All I would say is it is nowhere close to a five star hotel, only the lobby appeared to be five star and one more thing, expect to wait in the lobby for someone to assist you if you are arriving after 7 or 8 in the evening. Some times you would find the check in kiosks empty with not a single soul.
