Our room was dirty and had hair on the bed and in the bathroom. We asked for a new room and the new room also had hair on the bed. We asked for new sheets and the while changing them they were dusty and the worker reeked. The bathroom also reeked and we found it uncomfortable to stay there. The hair dryer was broken and when we asked for it to get fixed they never fixed it. Overall lack of cleanliness and basic hygiene made it very uncomfortable and overall a disappointing experience.

The service was poor. I arrived early. Every hotel I have been in would accommodate you for an early check-in or would at least have a look at the reservations to see if that can be possible. The person here just categorically denied it. Again they just don't do early check-ins no matter what.

I was pleasantly surprised about everything . The staff was very welcoming and friendly and the price is way worth the stay! If you need anything or enjoy shopping there are tons of options in the direct vicinity. I would stay again here.
