Very convenient hotel with great rooms and amenities with plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The Disney Shuttle was excellent, and being right next to the train station made for easy commuting and exploring around Tokyo.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Oriental and would gladly stay again. Highlights of the hotel include the very easy 20 minute train trip to Tokyo Station, the proximity of the hotel to the station, the Welcome Bar, the 24hr Lawson on site and the easy walk to the shopping centre. For international travel, this is a great place to start your trip to Japan.

The location is very convenient. Lawson and 7 eleven just within walking distance. The room is very clean and comfortable. They provide shuttle bus to Disneyland and Disneysea. Perfect in everything that we need.

We loved our stay at Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay. After 3 weeks travelling through Japn, these were the best and most comfortable beds and pillows we'd experienced. The bag holding room was amazing, as we could leave our bags, locked up and safe, until check in time. We didnt need to deal with too many staff but they were all helpful. I did have an issue with needing to change rooms, and while communication through expedia messaging was very slow (24hrs to reply to an email) staff were helpful at solving the problem. We were in the new Marlin rooms. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. There were a few noisy neighbours and we could hear banging and stomping, but in general it was quiet enough. Very conveniently located next to the train station and malls for shopping. The Disney bus was easy and convenient. My family especially loved the free toiletries room and the welcome lounge every evening with drinks and snacks. Would definitely stay here again.

Love this location. They have a shuttle to and from disney. They have a great snack bar and sitting area. Theres a hmart inside the building. And my favorite thing was the foot messager in each room! So kuch that i bought one for home. Definitely would stay here again.

Overall a comfortable hotel that was well-connected to the metro. The lines for the elevator can get extremely long in the evenings. The hotel breakfast was one of the worst I've ever had...I recommend McDonald's, which is only 3-5 minutes away by foot.

Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay Hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed so far. The service and staff were amazing (all of them) but I would like to mention Kuradu and Yodashi for being helpful and friendly. I would also like to thank Onami who was so considerate and patient with us during our check out since we haven't received the Airporter reference number yet, she gladly kept our luggage and advised us to just give it to her any or any of the staff when we recieve it or call them for the number if we have already reached our next hotel for our luggage transfer. Good thing we got it 2 hours later, while we were eating after checkout. It was an amazing experience for us in this hotel, they provide free unlimited welcome drinks and nibbles (mostly sweets) daily, would be nice if they replenish them especially at night when all the crowds are back from sightseeing. You can also get toiletries if you need them from the lobby. The free shuttle to and from Disneyland was also a great service as you don't have to worry about going by train early in the morning and late at night. We will stay in this hotel again if we come back to Tokyo Bay. Note: Washing machine is in the lobby, make sure you do your washing very early in the morning when there is less people or while they are sight seeing otherwise, you will have to compete with everyone that stays in that hotel as they only have 6 washers and 6 dryers. Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay was a great place for our family to stay, including elderly and an infant. There is a convenience store downstairs, as well as direct entry to train station and an abundance of shops. The free shuttle bus to and from Disneyland and Disneysea runs regularly. Such convenient and comfortable service. We are sure to recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is an amazing location. Close to Disneyland and the surrounding local malls. There was so many food options and local shopping. I love the free snacks and drinks in the evening.
