My stay at Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama was overall excellent. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, with spacious rooms and great amenities. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful, which made the stay feel smooth and relaxing. Their halloween decoration was great for setting the atmosphere for small children The location is great for visiting the Disney area, and the atmosphere of the hotel was calm and family-friendly. The only small downside was transportation to the Disney parks, which was slightly inconvenient since a transfer is required rather than a direct route. Aside from that minor issue, everything else was fantastic, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely go back to this hotel !

The room was nice. Would have expected better bath wash etc for the price of the room. Dinner was awful, cold food when should have been hot, limited variety. Breakfast was much better. English speaking needs to be improved when booking massage, for cancelled due to not understand. Staff were helpful. Overpriced for what you get unfortunately

Overall, this property was really good. I had no major complaints and they were very respectful. They also were able to add an extra TWIN bad when we had three people instead of two, even though we did have to pay more for that it makes sense. No major concerns outside of the fact that it was really confusing that we did not get a free buffet one per day when we were communicated from the staff members that we would get one free buffet per day? When we confirmed with them they said yes. Apparently you need a food voucher. We asked the front desk, an employee and the waiter up front who all confirmed it. There may have been language barriers? But overall nice despite that unfortunate situation.

The beds are on the harder side and the lack of air conditioner made the stay a little less comfortable. We had to sleep with the door open with no screen to be comfortable.

We were given a free upgrade to a higher floor which we really appreciated. The view from the balcony of the ocean was amazing, and also from the window in the bathroom while relaxing in the tub. We loved our stay here for two weeks, it was relaxing and a nice 5 minute walk to the bay station monorail. We visited Tokyo Disney and DisneySea multiple times, as well as Ikspiari where they had multiple shops and food options. The morning and evening buffets were so good, and the staff were always pleasant and helpful. If we ever visit Tokyo again in the future, we will definitely stay here again, we loved it so much we were dreading the day we had to leave. Thank you Grande Nikko Tokyo Bay for a memorable experience and trip! <3

This is a BEAUTIFUL hotel! The people that work here are amazing! I can’t recommend this enough. It’s located right next to fantasy Springs Hotel.(and probably cost triple with smaller room rooms.) you are literally less than five minutes walking to the Disney monorail. It was one of our best days in Japan thanks to the kindness of the staff cleanliness of the room and the beautiful hotel! We had concierge level and enjoyed the cappuccino each day!

Room is clean, spacious & adequate amenities provided. However, it was 28 minutes walk from Disneyland according to google map, not exactly convenient with luggages in tow arriving from the express way shuttle bus from Shinjuku. Taxi ride from Disneyland to the hotel is about 900 yen. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Room was spacious, comfortable & clean. All staff were courteous and helpful. Reasonably priced buffet with great food choices. 24 hour convenience store within the hotel foyer. Easy 5 minute walk to Disney monorail station. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
