I didnt like the charge of over 30AUD per person to use the swimming pools...ridiculous!!! There should be luggage porter service to lock cases away in licker area

Spacious room with air conditioning. We loved the balcony view. The shop had a nice variety for convenience as well as a small disney shop for gifts. Would definitely stay again, especially if going tonthe disney parks

Great place and location in terms of visiting the Disney parks. But so far from other things. Had to use the Disney resort line to get to the train stations and overall we loved the stay, but would t stay here past our Disney days.

This location was very convenient, 5 mins to no rail that takes you to Disney Sea or Tokyo Disney, amenities were a delight and room was roomy and clean

Nice room. Clean. Limited food options. Eg cold french fries with a beef burger in the hotel restaurant. 15k yen surcharge for a family of 4 to use the hotel pool. Incredible! I would look for other options in future

Great hotel and service

Great hotel and service, bags were taken to the room, everything was clean, food in the restaurant was good value and very tasty, live music was a nice touch, great views of the Bay and Disneyland

Great location for Disney as easy to walk to monorail. Breakfast is overly complicated though. You have to use an online booking system and wait for your allocated time to be sent which isn’t convenient in my opinion.

Very close to Disney, nice club room but more western snacks would be great. The restaurant vouchers for breakfast could be used at dinner time so that was a massive bonus. One restaurant offers steak, burgers and the other more Japanese food. The male member of staff in the Japanese restaurant offered outstanding service!
