Very good breakfast choice both western and Japanese at a reasonable cost. The room we had was small - not much space for luggage, but comfortable The area is pleasant and quite green, not too far from the Tokyo Tower and a few minutes from the subway.

Staff at property were excellent. The room was excellent as well spacious for Tokyo standards and comfortable. 4 people slept great.
