The price point and for the convenience of travel they were pretty good. It was a 4 mins walk to the bus stop to go to the Shinjuku station (10 mins travel), but overall not bad. It’s in a quiet neighborhood which is also nice. Toilet rooms are a little small but not bad at all. Would consider coming again!

The kitchen’s ovens did not work, so we had to warm our ramen in the microwave. The towels were wet and stinky, but we got them changed quickly. One of the bathrooms had a broken bidet :( so I had to wash on the next. We could hear the neighbours snoring and people walking in the corridor. Overall ok. Staff was very friendly and quick to help us.

Check in was good. Hotel is more like a hostel. They need to let people know they don’t supply towels. They have a machine that for 100Y you can get a capsule of a cheap towel which won’t help anyone. Quality is bad. BUT the machine was empty the whole time. They didn’t refill it. Which meant we had to go out and buy a towel to shower. Not what we expected on holiday. Also the showers are on a seperate floor. But the sinks areas and get ready stations. They have a camera watching you which is really odd to have a camera there. They need to remove that. So when brushing your teeth. Or doing makeup and getting ready there’s a camera. Soo odd. Hostel is decent.
