Staff was very friendly and helpful. Complimentary food and drink is great. The library of manga is awesome. The location js convenient and very quiet, right next to a 7 eleven. Highly highly recommend for price as well.

I recently stayed at Quintessa Hotel Tokyo Haneda Comic & Books, and while the price was definitely on the cheaper side, the overall experience reflected that—and not in a good way. The room conditions were disappointing from the moment I walked in. The carpets were stained, the walls were chipped, and everything felt noticeably worn down. Unfortunately, the hygiene issues were even more concerning. I found a dead roach on the duvet, and both the duvet and sheets had mysterious stains on them. It immediately made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned before my arrival. Even more troubling, I noticed black mold growing on the walls, which is not only unsightly but a genuine health hazard. This was the point where I realized the hotel’s low price comes with serious compromises. If you're choosing this place solely for the budget-friendly rate, just be aware: you really do get what you pay for. The concept of a comic-themed stay is fun, but the maintenance and cleanliness issues overshadowed everything else during my visit.

My daughter and I are from Hawaii, and we enjoyed our stay at the Quintessa Hotel Tokyo...The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the property was always clean. The train station is walking distance from the hotel with a lot of dining options. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family :)

Amazing value

Nice selection of manga if you read Japanese, 24/7 free beverages and udon/rice/curry is an unbeatable value. There is also a vending machine , ice machine, and two washer/dryer combos tucked away in the day corner of the lobby. If there could be more laundry machines, it would be amazing, or if they could post signage to inform users to remove their laundry promptly. I had to wait a while for the user to retrieve their finished laundry, I ended up asking front desk staff to remove it so I could wash. Not a huge deal but room for improvement.

Small but comfortable and great value!

It was comfortable enough to stay few nights before flights from Haneda airport. Room is not big but clean and free foods (curry and udon) and drinks are great additional. Personally enjoyed free Manga!

The manga library in the reception was incredible and fun. Staff were very helpful and patient despite language barrier. Right next to a 7 eleven. Complimentary food was appreciated. In a very quiet part of the city and a small walking distance from 3 train stations. The room was a bit small but manageable.
