We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly appreciate the excellent service provided by the staff. The hotel team, especially the front desk staff, were consistently nice, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. They always greeted us with a smile and were quick to assist with any requests or questions we had. A special thank you to the hotel for the lovely birthday decorations prepared in our room for our younger daughter. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made her birthday extra special and memorable for our family. Overall, we felt very comfortable and happy during our 13-night stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Our stay at Mimaru was exceptional. We were travelling with our 19-month-old son and the staff made us feel like family. They were incredibly friendly and always had great recommendations for us. The hotel was perfect for our family of four. The best was a separate room for the toilet and shower. The room was so clean and extremely comfortable beds. It was close to public transit.

The room was dusty. I have my electronic devices placed on the bedboard, and every day, I find a layer of white dust covering them! I’m not sure where the dust originated from, but it made me quite uncomfortable. I even borrowed a vacuum cleaner from the lobby, but it lacked strong suction and required frequent filter cleaning. Despite these minor issues, the overall facility is decent. However, I hope they can improve the carpet cleaning service. That’s all for now.

We love this MIMARU and its employees. From the very moment you check-in the staff makes you feel welcome. Their restaurant board and games makes it fun to get to know the neighborhood. Seira, Amu and Dong are so friendly and always willing to help or give travel advice. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, like a display in the elevator introducing each staff member and a Tokyo Bingo game with prizes. The location of the hotel is perfect- close to so many train lines and shopping! Rooms are clean and good size.
