Pros: Good size for Japan standards and quiet neighborhood. Cons: I reached out to property via Expedia and the WhatsApp (directed in the house manual) with some questions and never heard back (stayed there 4 nights). Chairs had old noodles on them, the bathroom reeked of mildew due to shower head leaking behind tub on to a ton of cords. Water pressure of shower was so bad, I had to rinse my hair in the sink (literally a tv bathroom shower head). Also, most annoying is that the closest subway is 13 minutes at a fast pace (description claims it’s 8). I specifically wanted something close to a station since I have kids, so walking 15 minutes each time was too much. In short: Would not recommend.

Location was as advertised. Neighborhood is convenient mix of restaurants and food marts. Apartment was nice and convenient for a 15 day stay. Would book again. Great for Shinjuku stay

Great quiet neighborhood in Shinjuku

We loved the location and neighborhood. Very convenient to Iidabashi station and a very nice restaurant scene. Only issues were check in process and ZERO interaction from property manager with no response to my repeated questions posted on VRBO. Seems the property is rented through many different websites/services, but they don't support normal VRBO procedures for communications with customers. Other than that...very few complaints.
