Very handy to Tokyo station with lots of food and convenience stores. Laundry, ice, vending machines. Friendly welcome. Room was small but clean, comfortable and quiet. Would stay here again.

Everything was wonderful. All the little touches, like fresh pyjamas every day, free bottles of water and green tea, a kettle with tea bags and coffee, assorted toiletries and other essential items made our stay very comfortable. We had a bit of a plumbing issue due to a leaking pipe and it was attended to promptly.

having never been to Japan we did not know what to expect. Everything was very nice and comfortable. Very clean and livable. We spent three nights there and were pleased with the experience. Only issue was that it was in a business area of highrise offices and very few restaurants close by.

Stayed here only 1 night as we were taking a flight next day. Very small rooms but, like every other hotel in Japan, extremely friendly staff. Good breakfast selection, but not a lot of variety as other better hotels. Not r recommended for longer stays. Location wise, just 2 minutes walking from Tokyo station, and 25 from Haneda airport.

The hotel was very nice, clean, and contemporary. Easy access to Tokyo station (5 min walk). Room was very small and the bed and pillow were very hard. This might just be how hotels are in Tokyo, but very different for a westerner.

Hotel Monte Hermana Tokyo is one of e best hotel we stayed. The staff is friendly, e bed is comfortable, e facilities including toiletries are good. Used toiletries were replenished every day, 2 bottles of water were given daily. There were freebies like face mask, cooling sheets for legs, up lotion, head band & etc placed at e check-in counter for guests to take if needs. There was also beverages & snacks offered at e check-in level (level 2) . Most importantly was that e hotel is conveniently located near train station. In summary, all my family members like this hotel. 👍👍👍

We stayed at this hotel for our last 4 nights of our trip due to its proximity to Tokyo Station. The hotel is relatively new, very clean, with daily breakfast for additional fee. It was exactly the same each day so a bit boring for four days. The staff is very helpful. The rooms are clean but very small. We had a twin room and there was about 8 inches between the beds. The bathroom was decently sized, not the smallest but not spacious. The area was not fantastic, there was construction across the street and several bars and gentlemans clubs in the area. We were only out late (10pm) one night but I was not very comfortable around te entrance and the doors freely opened (you did not have to swipe a hotel key to enter). The elevator always stopped on the reception floor so I assumed that they monitored who entered. And you did need to swipe hotel key to enter the hallway with guestrooms. They have onsite coin laundry and free coffee tea and water throughout the day.
