The price is not really cheap compared to other Hotel in the area. The people are nice n very helpful the room is very small provably 10 x 12 feet and thats with a double bed a bathroom with tub, a small table on the foot of the bed with a chair a small mictowave a 32in. Tv a coffee pot 1 coffee cup and a small air filter a box refrigerator i will try a diff. Hotel next time , My Hotel in the Philippines Luxent is way better than this hotel n Uber cant find its lication

Everything was good until we checked out. So we thought all hotels are the same everywhere in Japan. We thought that we can leave our luggages prior to if we’re early for check in and leave them as well at the lobby after check out for a few hours. We were so stressed out because we had a couple of luggages after check out and the pick up for us was as 1 to 1:30 PM. I understand that they have other customers too but we stayed there for 3 weeks and felt so bad that we even have to leave those luggages just to go grab a bite before our ride for the airport comes in. We are thankful for the ride that accommodated our early pick up. Kudos to the driver! I was holding it back too much that day. I wish they could just make us feel comfortable for the few hours we asked, we left even before 12:20 PM. We were still being polite but the receptionist made us feel uncomfortable and bad about that. She knows who she is. Overall everything was ok except for that attitude. Sorry but probably would choose a different hotel next time. Thank you
