チェックイン前後の荷物預かりができない

ペンシルビルにワンルームを詰め込んだようなホテル。今回の滞在ではチェックイン前に荷物を預かるスペースがないと言われ、田町駅にも大型ロッカーの空きがなかったため、一日中スーツケースを２つ（合計20㎏以上）引きずりながら行動することとなった。チェックイン前後の荷物預かりはホテルの基本サービスの1つだと思っているので、☆１つ。受付もしばしば循環中で電話で呼び出す必要があるなど、不便が多い。
