Clean room, friendly English speaking staff, bell staff pleasant and accommodating. Close to Shimbashi station, 5 minute walk. I've stayed near the Shimbashi station simply because of location and the ease of getting around in Tokyo.

Whilst the hotel amenities are a bit dated due to its heritage, the size of the room was spacious and was clean and comfortable especially for a Tokyo hotel. The staff were very helpful and gracious, assisted in helping with our deliveries and transport. Our room faced the train lines so we could hear the trains a bit, so if you are sensitive to noise then would suggest requesting for a room facing opposite side.

We enjoyed our stay and the property is excellent. We just had difficulty Navigating the property on foot as location hidden and no signs from Subway on Which Exit to hotel. Also, can easily get lost from just walking around the area.

Large rooms and hallways. Staff are excellent and provide extraordinary service. Very convenient location and limousine pickup right outside the hotel is very convenient.
