Check in kind of difficult with using only kiosk. Luggage stored in lobby and kind of chaotic. Rooms are clean and well stocked with personal care items. Typical Japanese sized hotel rooms (kind of cramped) as expected. Staff very friendly. Glad to see separate recycling containers.

Terrible. Bottom line you get what you pay for. Lobby crowded with bags, breakfast at another hotel and it is not good. Breakfast in dated, boring and the food is below average for breakfast. Always crowded many time you have to wait to get in. I asked for money back after 1 day of breakfast because I bought 5 days and they would only credit me 3 days even though I only used 1 day. Hotel room is super small smaller than most. Pillow are terrible, bed is soft so no support, they charge yo for staying even 15 minutes over checkout yet will never let you check in before 3. Total budget hotel but not a good hotel at all

Easy access to subway and airport express.

Booked the corner room, with a nice view of Skytree. Located is not too far from Airport (NTR) express line which serves the purpose. Breakfast was OK, but crowded. Many guests hard to find a table, it meant the place was too small. One night stay is enough. Not sure will book again.

The hotel is strategically located to all major tourist attractions. Although the room is on the smaller side, the price that we paid for is unbeatable. It’s clean and located a few feet away from 3 Konbinis (convenient stores) and a luggage store. It’s also close to Sensō-ji, Uniqlo and the Kappabashi Kitchenware Town. Love this place and highly recommend!!! 10/10
