Hello. Hotel is basically OK. The room is a shoebox but I knew that and it was room enough for 1. My trouble is the location. It is not for me. Located in the middle of red light district. The prostitution is obvious and I was consistently propositioned by minders. Felt uncomfortable and worried for the young people. Japan has so many positives and better options. Not recommended.

Good location and super convenience. Just some tea stains on the surface of electric kettle which I wash it by myself. Front desk staff are helpful. Will definitely come back next trip.

Easy check in and check out. Clean room. If you opt for the breakfast option know it’s not traditional Japanese style breakfast. It’s a Thai restaurant which was good but heavy. If you want the full Kabukicho experience this is the location to have

We had a pretty good stay but a few things to consider when you book here… there is only one elevator for all 15 floors and no stairs to take so occasionally you wait longer than normal. There is a great restaurant at the bottom of the hotel, but the smell of their Thai food seeped through the vent in our room and we could smell it our entire stay. It was a VERY strong smell. Staff is friendly and hotel is in a convenient/lively area.
