We stayed for 5 nights at this property and we loved the location. It is smaller tha standard room size here in Canada but it didn't bother us, we are out most of the time anyway.i loved how close this was to the stations, close to convenience stores and quiet area, i felt safe.

The hotel is close to GINZA shopping streets, close to Tokyo station for JR trains, and close to multiple metro lines and stations. The hotel is also very clean and quiet. The breakfast is also good with Japanese food and western food.

It's great that the hotel holds your luggage before and after check in. I could go out without having to bring my stuff along. Rooms were clean but a bit small. Shower curtain does not keep water out of the bathroom floor. My bathroom mat got soaked. Breakfast was not as good here as the APA in Narita.

Very close to Ginza area but the rooms are super small. The air conditioning is all over the place always too cold. The bathroom had a safety handle loose so they changed our room. The room has signs of deterioration in the ceiling and water comes in from the roof next to the elevator. For 1 person is ok for a couple is too small
