Check in place smells terribly. Couldn’t breathe. Room shower doesn’t have hot shower when it’s freezing cold at night. Shower had few water coming through. We skipped the shower and as soon as we woke up, we left. Checked in and checked out within 6 hours. Never stayed in a place this horrible

Fair for the price. The man who manned the front desk was not nice but he wasn't terrible either. Definitely tried to get an upstairs room, we could hear EVERYTHING above us and had the unfortunate experience of the people above us being what sounded like children riding horses starting at 5am, but that's not really the hotel's fault. The area is beautiful and it was close enough to the park. I recommend it if you don't need staff to be nice and get an upstairs room.

Rooms were clean, but the furnitures were very old. Bathroom sink and shower head was old. Overall it was nice location and very close to everything. Front desk lady was nice and helpful. If, they remodel the rooms it will be very nice place to stay.

The lobby smelled Terrible, the rooms were visibly dirty, the sheets had stains, the rooms covered in spider webs, the restroom needed a lot of maintenance . Faucet need replacing, tiles were super dirty. The heater took 3 hours to start working and when first turned on it smelled like it was burning .

This hotel is in a great location for visiting Sequoia National Park — just a 12-minute drive from the entrance. There are several restaurants nearby, and the property has a beautiful garden with a lovely mountain view. The staff were extremely friendly and even helped me fix a booking mistake. I really appreciate their kindness.

Poor air conditioning. Our room AC did not work the whole night and we had to keep the windows open since the room was very warm in the night. The front desk denied any corrections and said the AC was working the next day morning after unplugging and rebooting which would be otherwise difficult for a regular guests. Please check AC condition before agreeing to stay in the room. No breakfast provided too.

Wait staff was barefoot with barefoot man lounging in lobby couch. Was assigned a room that hadn’t been cleaned so went back to front desk to ask for a clean room. Ac barely worked, a few body hairs in shower, mold on ceiling and floor in bathroom, cold hot tub - yuck - don’t waste your money here

We were really disappointed with our stay. Initially hot water didn't work, which is beyond their control, but we were then put in a room which was obviously not prepared for us as it was dusty/dirty. We were then relying on using the laundry but it wasn't working, no apology. The pool & hot tub were green and off-putting. Breakfast was disappointing and ended earlier than advertised - we were told it was because ‘no-one was there’ (we were?!). We got locked out of our room on the second day because although we booked for 2 nights, there was an error on their part. The maid essentially waited outside our room staring at us until we left, even though we still had 1 hour until checkout. Customer service non-existent. The only redeeming factor was the location. The shell of the motel/rooms are nice but just need some TLC. Short drive to Sequoia and restaurants/gift shops. Not worth the money. We will be picking another spot for our next trip.
