There was a room playing loud music and calling the front desk did nothing to help. The rooms were dirty and filled with dead begs and checking the bed. There were dead bed bugs. It’s better if you rented a night in Visalia. Avoid this junk motel at all cost!

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The potted plants in the corridor outside the room look beautiful. Staff are very friendly. It’s easy self parking. The one thing that I don’t like is the dirty bathtub.

I rent this room because has a chimney when I want to turn on it doesn’t work I ask front desk to send a technician he told me it doesn’t work and we can change to another room which the chimney was working good I say ok when I talk to front desk to change the room they told me the chimney is out of season mmm we are sorry but we can change to another room for that because the chimney is only for the season December through February mmm if I rent I room with chimney I want a chimney I pay for that I’m really really disappointed with the hotel next time I call before booking by the way I check the hotel details and it doesn’t say anything about it chimney for season only ?? I’m not happy with that

Check-in was weird … they kept typing and typing for several minutes. 2 broken lamps, broken outside light, short of towels and pillows, bed was extra hard, water pressure in shower was useless. Power went out during the night and they knew it was going to but didn’t tell guests. Waffles were good. Noise from walking in room above us was loud.

We did not like the cleanliness of the room. We found a cockroach in the bathroom which he had to kill obviously. Other than that, the staff is very nice and accommodating. There's also a complimentary breakfast serving loaf bread and muffins (diff. flavors) and a make-your-own waffle. It comes with coffee of course.

Where do i start? ADA requested room was not ADA compliant- no hand bars in bathroom, no seat, no lowered bathtub or walk in shower. No cups for coffee, no coffee in room (but there was a coffee pot). The shower water vacilated between scalding hot and ice cold. And for their breakfast, out of coffee, no protein except hard boiled eggs. Overall, awful. One good thing...the bed was comfortable.
