Newly remodeled Studio Cottage, perfect for two!

Cozy but spacious newly remodeled studio cottage with all the amenities of home. A great place to relax after spending a day at Sequoia Park. Located near the only grocery store in town with several eateries nearby. Has a full kitchen with everything you will need to make your own meals. Relax in the morning on the front porch with a cup of coffee or in the evening with a glass of wine. Only a 12 minute drive to the entrance gate of the beautiful Sequoia Park.

Every season is the perfect time of the year for visiting Sequoia National Park & Three Rivers!! Spring brings cool weather and is a great time to hike or take a drive to see the beautiful trees. Summer is perfect for taking a swim in the river while enjoying some beautiful hikes among the trees. Be sure to take a picnic lunch and eat amongst the big trees or take a hike down to the river. Fall brings out the colors and cool temperatures while winter is breathtaking with snow on the big trees.

Normally you will see a lot of wildlife in the town of Three Rivers during this time of the year. Deer, turkeys and you may even see a bear to two! We offer an all new remodeled cottage in a park like setting. Located within walking distance of the town center, restaurants & grocery store. This studio comes with a fully stocked kitchen, so if you like to do your own cooking you have everything you need. Outside seating to enjoy coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings.

This property is obviously taken care of by someone who greatly values it! It is immaculate and has every amenity we needed. The kitchen is well-stocked, air conditioning is amazing ... we didn't need heat, so that wasn't tested. The bed is very comfortable, as is the main room seating. The host was very responsive, and our entire stay went without a single hitch. Thank you to the owner and her host for a splendid stay in a gorgeous location!

The cottage was just the right size for two. The place was very clean and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was east to find. A welcome binder was provided with all the instructions and information about the area.

This home was perfectly located in town, making it a short and convenient drive to Sequoia National Park. It's also close to restaurants and a grocery store, which was very handy. The place was exceptionally clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was a perfect place for two people. Highly recommend for a cozy and convenient stay!

A perfect place and perfect location
The place was very clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffee outside with the wild turkeys. Grateful that the coffee was provided for us with a kurig. The location was another great perk. The house is situated minutes from the Sequoia National Park entrance, a good number of restaurants and the local store. We will be coming back for sure!

Three Rivers Cottage Stay
Had to stay at Three Rivers for a week long training. This was the perfect place to stay at rather than a hotel. Really felt like a home away from home. Kori was an excellent host and the communication was spot-on. Would highly recommend this place!
