THE HOUSE::
This home is the ultimate River House with big windows over looking all the glorious landscaping views. This home sits on 1 acre with a beautiful walkways all around. Upon entering the home, you will be greeted by beautiful whimsical details all over that can only be found in this home. All furnishings are all new, which set that "mountain modern" vibe for this home in the woods.  It has 3 Bedroom and 2 1/2 bathrooms, and also a small outside Sun Room. All spaces have been curated with modern furniture, creating a calm and relaxing environment to sleep that stress away.  

THE RIVER;:
River (seasonal): A gentle, babbling brook that runs through the property during the winter and spring months, and partial summer, typically from December to June. Its soothing sounds and tranquil presence add to the serene ambiance of our natural setting. Please note that the River may dry up during the late summer and fall months due to natural seasonal changes.
Children must be chaperone at all times.

AROUND::
The Sequoias and surrounding Sierra Nevada mountains are some of the best that California has to offer. Centrally located, the house is about twenty minutes drive to the main entrance to Sequoia National Park station and both Slick Rock recreation areas and King’s Canyon National Park, and just a 10 minutes from Three Rivers town restaurants and shops. A nature lovers paradise, there are plenty of areas to hike, bike, fish, and swim; and during the summer months, world-class white-water rafting and kayaking. Lake Kaweah, surrounded by the golden hills of California’s lower Sierra Nevada mountains, is just five miles downstream and a hot spot for boating and fishing.

This is a wonderful property with a lot to offer families or small groups of friends, as was our case. The three bedrooms/three bathrooms was especially nice, and all the furnishings were comfortable and well appointed. Lots of good books.We were so busy seeing the sights that we didn't use all the fun amenities but they would certainly be a plus for families. The grounds looked a little weary, like it was the end of the season and a quick clean up and gardening would have been nice. It undoubtedly looks beautiful in the spring as opposed to late summer.Definitely recommend the property, and appreciate all the good information provided by Shey.

Great home close to Sequoia!

We loved our stay at the magical river house! It was clean, close to the national park, and the owners were wonderful! They made sure we had all we needed before we came and while we were there. If you’re looking for a place close to Sequoia National Park, we highly recommend!

What a lovely paradise. Warm sunlight, beautiful plants everywhere, and nooks of little secret wonders all over. So quiet and calm, with everything we needed. The host and team were incredibly kind, responsive and helpful. Just wonderful people.

Great place for a Sequoia and Kings Canyon vacation!

We had a great time here. Close to the market, coffee shop, restaurants and the park. Lots to do here with the creek out back, lots of space for us to spread out, and fun things to do for the kids and whole family. We had a great time.

Magical For Sure!

What a very special property! It's in a great location to visit the park and surrounding area, and the property grounds are sweet enough that it was hard to even leave. The house itself is great! Bedrooms, living space, bathrooms and kitchen are all well appointed (The master bedroom and bathroom are incredible!) All of this is second to the amazing communication by Srey and Linda to make sure we had all the information we needed for an awesome stay. Two of us were teaching online summer school during the visit, and the wifi worked great. If you're looking for a great place to stay, this would be the place.

Very convenient to Sequoia National Park

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Magical River House! It is located in Three Rivers which is very close to the southern entrance to Sequoia National Park. There are lots of great restaurants and a grocery store near by. The house is very spacious and the property includes a lovely river running through the backyard which you can hear from parts of the home. Very soothing! The hammocks were a wonderful touch too! There are two entrances to the property, and we missed the first one so came in the second and then we were just a little confused about which door to enter (there are many doors). Once we located the one with the lockbox it was obvious where to enter. We could have used a couple of lamps on the night tables in the bedroom for reading, etc. but otherwise everything was working and well appointed. We would definitely recommend this property!

Fantastic Christmas Getaway!

Instead of Christmas presents for the kids, we decided to take a trip to Sequoia National Forest and we stayed at the Magical River House... it really was magical! Communication with the host was top-notch, as he sent us links for places to eat and visit in the area. Having the stream on the property was really fun for the kids too...lots to do without the screens and devices. The house was beautiful and just really unique. It accommodated us well! Would definitely stay again!

Surrounded by Nature at the Magical River House

We had a great stay at this wonderful home in Three Rivers. There are so many tranquil places to sit and to be immersed in nature on the property. The sound of the river was very relaxing and there was lots of wildlife to be seen. The inside of the house is spacious and clean. The couches and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with very good quality kitchenware and utensils. It was a good location for enjoying our time in Three Rivers and Sequoia National Park. The host was very helpful. Would definitely love to stay here again.

Cool house, reasonably close to the NP entrance. Property manager was attentive and went above and beyond to mail something back to us that we forgot at the house.
