Stay was good however I was alarmed when all of sudden a housekeeper came bardging into my room without knocking and/or announcing themself! I had to yell out to the person. Staff should always knock before entering rooms….

Getting to this hotel can be a challenge with the Galleria area traffic, but once inside, living is easy. Shopping and dining are right outside the door. I especially liked being able to walk inside the mall in the early morning hours before the mall opened. I felt safe.

Great location, but otherwise not standout

We had a mostly positive experience. The location can’t be beat for shopping and dining (which is why we were there) — having the Galleria connected could not be more convenient. The staff were kind and welcoming, and one unexpected highlight was the shower — excellent water pressure, which is always a plus. However, the room itself left a bit to be desired. It didn’t feel especially clean, and the couch looked and felt very worn — we honestly didn’t even want to sit on it. We also had a hard time keeping the room cool enough for optimal sleep. Though did appreciate the thick curtains keeping the room dark. Overall, the location and staff made the stay worthwhile, but the room could definitely use some updates and a deeper clean.
