Two rooms we're unsatisfactory..the first hadn’t been touched by housekeeping and even had an unflushed toilet. The second had an air conditioning unti stuck at 65 degrees in the middle of winter. No heat at all. Transportation was sketchy. At the airport I was told to walk to apick up area . The driver arrived at a different location. We had to telephone each other and it was freezing cold

The heated swimming pool was amazing very relaxing quiet campus even with a huge hockey team of kids, staying there place was clean. Food was great for breakfast and my room was spotless. I would definitely recommend this place.

Free shuttle service was provided, communication from front desk to driver sometimes didn’t match what I was told. First night arrival at midnight, i couldn't see the van. Next morning shuttle driver to take me back to airport , they couldn't find the driver. Room had to be changed 3 times as my 1st hadn’t been cleaned.Second room had only air conditioning and no heat Third room was ok
