The heat did not work in my room. I was told There wasn’t another room to move us to, there were also not any extra blankets. Engineering was called to come look at the heating system and they never came. I was not offered any compensation. I do not recommend this hotel and I will not be staying here again.

If you have options, use them. We arrived at about 5:30. Rooms weren’t ready. We were told we would receive a call. At 8:15 we called back and the front desk readily admitted they forgot about us. When I said that was unacceptable I was yelled at about how their big group the night before couldn’t be helped and I shouldn’t expect more than comped parking. Bathroom fixtures were falling off the wall. And service was incredibly slow. Find somewhere else to stay.

Perfect choice for SU basketball/football games
Great SU college-themed hotel, in walking distance to Marshall Street, tailgating, and the Dome (uphill walk). Room was clean, service staff was friendly, and a nice restaurant right inside. I even got to meet some of the visiting team players that were hanging out in the lobby and staying there.
