No, the person at your hotel was very unprofessional when I phoned to ask where to get the shuttle when I landed at 12 midnight. I ended up waiting at the wrong place and the shuttle driver found me standing alone outside

Everything was great - room, common area were clean and the front desk staff was outstanding. The only issue I encountered was that The cleaning staff came around prior to 8am and were a bit loud in the hallway.

My second time staying here and it was a lovely stay yet again. The staff were very accommodating and friendly and the room was neat and clean. The location was also ideal—many places to eat near and very close to the airport. The shuttle to the airport is a great amenity and very convenient for early morning flights. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Convenient and affordable lodging. Our room, though small, was comfortable and spotless. Elevator and luggage carts available, friendly and helpful staff, easy & well-lit parking. Minutes away from downtown Syracuse, several places to eat nearby. Beds very comfortable. Nice place.
