We all are very impressed with how well the hotel is run. Among 5-star hotels in Surabaya and Jakarta, this hotel is the best and service truly stands out. The hotel was amazing! Our room was huge with great facilities. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room service was great but very expensive

The hotel is a bit old, but comfortable. The pool is smaller than I expected and has a lot of bugs. The accommodation itself is recommended. The breakfast was also good.

Enjoy the stay at JW Marriott Surabaya

I enjoyed my 3-day stay at JW Marriott Surabaya, staff was super nice. Kiki at Front Desk made my check in super easy and smooth, and Andyta, Putri, Oliv and Bima at lounge made me feel at home, they remembered all my favorite drink and foods. I appreciate their care and attention.
