The location was fantastic. Loved the balcony, listening to the waves and such a walkable area. The Walking path in front along the ocean was wonderful and having secure underground parking was important to us. The pool area was very nice and we spent a lot of afternoons, reading and going for swims to cool off. The unit is on the 4th floor, so that should be made more clear in the add. We had asked the question beforehand, and we were ok with the stairs. Also, the add should say the air con is only in the main living area, so difficult to cool the two bedrooms down at times. The rental co. Provided a couple of fans which was helpful. We stayed in this unit for a month and so longer stay guests would probably really appreciate a TV in the master bedroom for those rainy days and cause not everyone wants to watch the same programs. I would have liked a brew coffee pot vs the French press and a Brita water filter jug for the fridge as I drink a lot of water. Overall, a nice condo in a superb area, and I would definitely rent again.
