Superb location, easy walking distance to all the tourist attractions. Close to the foodhall for easy dinners and a short walk from the train station. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. Room a good size for Europe and a large clean bathroom.

The little rug next to the bed was dirty & we had to ask for clean cups because the service people didn’t take the dirty ones. In fact, they put a dirty cup with left over coffee in it, in the bar fridge. Also we don’t drink alcohol so I asked if we could replace the beer with coke and the cleaning lady said no. So having a free minibar wasn’t really beneficial. Aldo, they didn't replace the snacks, after the first s day…. The area also felt a bot unsafe. A number of people walked in to the hotel behind us & didn’t seem to be staying there, just looking around. This made me feel that perhaps they could make their way up the lifts too & break into people’s rooms.
