Large Condo Hotel Suite on the Beach

This ADA-compliant condo hotel suite comfortably sleeps 8, with 3 queen beds plus a full-sized sofa bed, in-room safe, and 2 full bathrooms and one half bath. Please note that one of the bedrooms does not have a window. This 3rd-floor suite provides a perfect spot to relax on your completely private balcony with no view. Our guests also have exclusive access to our heated pool and bar located on the fifth floor, coffee lounge on the 2nd floor, as well as our gym , beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels, as part of the resort fee of $35 + tax included with your VRBO total. The unit includes full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. Also included are a full-sized washer and dryer. Should you need additional soaps, towels, or other items, or just need to know where to go for a good meal, our Reception Desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience. This newer property is just a short 10-minute walk from Pier 60, a great place for family-friendly activities, dining, and taking in incredible sunsets. Should you want to explore the area further, there is a Beach Trolley that stops in front of the hotel, as well as other on-demand options. Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) a fee of $42.80/ daily will apply. If your party is bringing a second car, please contact the Hotel to find out availability. Charges may apply. Daily pet fee of $85 + tax payable at check-in. Qualified ADA service dogs are exempt from the Pet fee. We will authorize the balance due, plus applicable fees and a $200 incidental hold upon check in. Cancellation Policy: If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund. We know that things happen. I’ve never experienced a more responsive customer service team. We didn’t have any real issues but they seemed to go out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo is spacious and clean. We appreciated being able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.

This room has no view whatsoever. The view from the living room is the side of a building. The view from the bedroom is onto another bedroom. The pool is tiny. No large garbage can. Kitchen is very sparcely stocked.... also no grill on site

We had very enjoyable time! Couple of suggestions though. It would be great to have dressers in each bedroom, so patrons don’t have to live out a suitcase. Also more hangers for the closets would be nice. Maybe more hooks to hang the towels on. And maybe larger size pots and pans for the kitchen. Not big things but things that can make the stay more manageable. All the staff were fantastic to deal with and very helpful.

Great vacation at The Avalon Club

The location of this hotel was really great. Easy walk to the beach, bars, restaurants and shopping. We did utilize an uber for a quick ride to Publix grocery store and also for ride to & from airport. It’s about 30 min to PIE airport. We thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop bar with its evening champagne sunset toasts. The heated rooftop pool was great too. My only negative was our view from patio. However, we knew that going into it that this was not ocean view. I am grateful for the little outdoor patio space we had though. It was fine. Overall, it’s a great place to stay. 5 stars. Very clean and the lobby smells amazing.
