Not a Hilton experience

Location is amazing. Everything else is a waste of money. Old infrastructure, not friendly staff, tons of extra fees. NOT a Hilton experience for sure. Needs new management to match the brand!

Nice beachfront hotel. The valet was super kind. They charge you for everything, though. Beach chairs, even ping pong stuff.

This property was great, right on the water and in the center of their main street with plenty of shops and restaurants. A quick 30 minute walk can take you to the aqaurium and their local publix.

Our trip was very enjoyable from the minute we walked in the front door greeted by Lena what a personality, our first valet Ezra was also great and so helpful as well as others what a great trip for George and Gracie!!

I loved the location of this hotel. Everything was within walking distance. The beach was private, so it wasn't crowded.

Overall great hotel

Overall the hotel was fine. Unfortunately, weather did not cooperate. I paid for a gulf view room, and I was given a side room looking at a parking lot with gulf view if you turned to the right. Due to other events there, they had nothing else and couldn't accommodate what I paid for. Disappointing. Hotel was busy which made it loud especially at night. Housekeeping was always out, but left bags of towels and garbage in hallways for extended periods of time without being picked up. Accommodations were great overall. Prime location, but count on it being busy and loud at night because of it. All staff was great and very friendly.

the photos and reviews of this hotel are extremely misleading. the hotel is clearly an older hotel, seeing as most of the furniture was worn out, unfinished and clearly have not been updated. my “ocean view” room was a view of the roof below us and the garbage on top of it. couldn’t even hear the ocean because the fans and machinery were so loud!! i had exposed wires coming down from the ceiling, a bottle of body wash fell off the shower wall, and there were so many tiny flies/gnats all over the INDOOR bar!! told the manager about all of this and they only took off a measly $100.00. i do not recommend this hotel and would not go back!
