The day we arrived, the hotel valet staff wanted to take our car. We asked if we could park the car ourselves. We've had issues in the past with our vehicle getting damaged. We just simply asked to park our own vehicle. They were so rude and told us that was not allowed. We would have cancelled our stay at that moment if we could have been refunded. Then, the room that we paid extra, for a balcony ocean view, did not have a microwave. The balcony view was of a bunch of HVAC units that were so loud we could not even enjoy sitting on the balcony. This was one of the worst trips that cost me the most money. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Pool was great. Service was awesome as well. Chris is the man at the pool for drinks and food being brought to you. Views of the beach, pier and city were unreal. Everything was within walking distance from the hotel. We can’t wait to come back.

Everything was good and clean. The staff was wonderful as a big hotel. I will accept more. The coffee maker was old style probably from 1015 years ago no microwave even though we know we eat outside but sometimes you have leftover and you wanna warm it up so it’s no microwaves other than that, everything was good

Disappointed we paid extra for ocean view and looked at a rooftop instead of the beach. You have to pay for valet but our car was six parking spots away from the front door. Resort fee but still $100+ for beach chairs.

Valet parking workers parked my car under lawn sprinkler and caped it for days. When I took my car back it was covered with white stains. After a few carwashes some of the stains still. This is unacceptable. After such a bad service I had I will never stay at this hotel anymore. Sergey Vaylov

The room was very nice a nice view of the beach area . We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant it was very good .we enjoyed a relaxing walk along the beach and also spent time relaxing at the hotel pool which was also very good .

My experience was horrible, 1st I did not get the room reserved, I paid for a Gulf View and I got a parking lot View, I paid about $400 night to have a wonderful room with gulf view and have a wonderful weekend with my family in a Hilton Hotel that I thought it would be great but not, the attention is not the greatest and the room it was disgusting, dirty and out of maintenance, I complaint about this and the staff at the counter just ask me for a $500 more a night to change my room for the real gulf view and then I replay saying " well I already paid for a Gulf view" how do I have to pay again?....answered it was insane..." if you want the gulf view, YES! I am whole life traveling around the world and staying in Hilton Hotels ,this is the worse ever experience I had.

The beachview from our room that I paid premium for was obstructed by what seems like an exhaust system. Howevet, the direct access to the beach made up for this.

Beautiful place and centrally located.. reason for just 4 stars is because the shower was lukewarm at best. I have to admit they offered to have it serviced but I already had taken a shower and was only staying the one night.
