Great hotel for price mostly except won’t ever stay again as we Couldn’t get into room with key all of stay easily. Spent lots of time trying to get in just to be told by staff nothing they could do. So much frustrating time wasted with a non working key card/door.

The hotel is a bit dated and higher priced for the condition it is in, however, given it's close location to the beach and it was around the time of "spring break" I'll just assume it's due to that and not the hotel condition. We were placed in a room on the 10th floor, the same level as the rooftop bar, and the door access (which has a room card key access point to gain entry to the hotel room's hallway) this card reader was not working for the two nights we stayed that. The function of the room key reader was to maintain some level of security for those placed on the 10th floor, to keep the door always locked and only accessed by those staying on that floor. Not only was it not working, but the door jam was taped on both the door itself and the part that it locks on the door frame. Completely giving everyone who comes to the rooftop bar from outside access to the hotel room's hallway.

The housekeeping services were excellent! Better than most! There is a serious problem with the hotel Wi-Fi. We struggled with watching TV, because the Wi-Fi often failed and therefore you could not stream on the TV. There were cable channels available, but they were not identified and difficult to find. I also was trying to work from the hotel and had difficulties because I continued to drop my VPN. The front desk tried to help us, but could not fix the Wi-Fi situation. The staff was very nice and tried to be helpful, but the bottom line is we spent a lot of money and felt frustrated much of our vacation.

Great place with everything u need

Great location . Plenty of parking . Great view and bar on the roof. Breakfast was awesome they had a wide variety of food. Gym was lacking . Staff was great

Staff very friendly and always willing to help. Parking on the premises. Rooftop restaurant has a special when the sun sets. Great location. Hotel is close to beach, shopping, restaurants. The hotel does serve breakfast and the there is a nice variety.

This is an older property, but it looks as though it's in the process of being gradually updated. Our room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The furniture was older and somewhat worn, and there wasn't much space to store your clothes, so we kept ours in our suitcases. The bathroom was large and updated. There was a decent-sized breakfast area in the lobby of the hotel, and breakfast was free. I think it would have been nice to have a large lobby area with chairs and sofas, but this lobby consisted of just a check-in/check-out desk. We had excellent housekeeping service every day of our stay, which was much appreciated. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Gina. Overall we had an enjoyable stay.
