Cozy, comfy and homey!

Photos and description of property are accurate. Easy home to stay and room for 6. Quick and easy access to area attractions: Dunedin, BlueJays, groceries, Tampa, St Pete, Clearwater, Honeymoon Island. Not much in walking distance - car required. Well stocked kitchen and laundry. A few extras: yoga mat, screened backporch, Roku channels, paper supplies,etc. Perfect for all ages.

Amazing cottage

We loved this house due to being so clean, well equipped, and the location. This house had everything we needed. Our hosts thought of everything from all the hooks to hang things to games to play with the family. The lanai was perfect! We worked a week from here remotely and vacationed a week. The location is perfect to parks, restaurants, and just fun. We ate out every night. Enjoyed trivia at local bars in Dunedin. By the way an 8 minute drive. We will be back! Thank you Hosts for thinking of everything and making our stay so enjoyable

Amazing House Close to the Beach

If you need somewhere to stay that is close to the beach and so many other amenities, you have got to stay here! Some of my family lives in Dunedin and we come down every summer to visit with them. I stayed here with my husband and 2 kids (13 and 12). The house is so chic and has everything you need for your stay, including beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and so much more! There was great communication with Lisa and Peter. We had an issue with the shower and they were there the next morning to fix it. Hurry and book your stay now!!
