IMPORTANT NOTICE: Pool Closed & Construction February 19th - March 1st, 2024. Between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, there will be excessive construction noise, including jack hammering, as well as the presence of dust. Pool will remain closed and re-open on March 2, 2024.

Unit #417 is nestled in the corner behind the elevator, granting you the peace and quiet that comes with being tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the hotel's main areas. While it does not have a balcony, it compensates with ample windows that provide an abundance of natural light.

Great beach location
It was very clean and accommodating . The only issue we had was that we didn’t have a balcony . We were there for over 2 weeks so that would have made it better .

Decent low budget property close to the beach. The pool was dirty, room service would take dirty towels but not replace with clean towels. You get what you pay for I guess

Nice condo for the price
This condo was comfortable for my wife and I to stay in. It was clean and nicely decorated. Very close to everything. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops easily. It's not fancy or new, but I would stay there again if I was going to be in Clearwater.
