Property boasted about having 24 hr airport shuttle service, which was definitely not the case. We waited over 30 minutes for a shuttle that never came after our late arrival at the airport. By 1:15 am and after several attempts to call the hotel, we had to call an Uber. When we arrived, the front desk attendant jumped up from his seat in the lobby to meet us at the desk. When asked about the shuttle, he said they stopped around 10 pm. We asked about the 24 hr service that was promised online and he had no answer. We also asked about our calls going unanswered and he smugly said he didn’t hear it. He simply rolled his eyes and said “anyway” and then proceeded to check us in, completely dismissing our frustrations. When we got to the room, it smelled terrible like someone had been smoking in it. It was disgusting and on top of that, it was double beds. We had booked a king bed. I checked my reservation and went back downstairs. I was told that due to being fully booked they couldn’t accommodate our original booking for a king bed. Being 2:00 am at this point, the frustration and disappointment was pointless. We stayed the night and checked out the next morning. We asked about the airport shuttle back to the airport and were told to take a Lyft they had called for us instead. This made no sense and was also terrible. The Lyft was dirty, smelled like weed, and barely accommodated our luggage. I wish I could give negative stars for this experience.
