PLEASE BE ADVISED THE COLONY REEF CLUB PROPERTY WILL BE UNDER CONSTRUCTION FROM OCT 2025 – MAY 2026. BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE MESSAGE OR CALL THE OFFICE FOR MORE DETAILS. ALL AMENITIES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE RACQUETBALL COURT WILL BE OPEN DURING THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT.

Enjoy a view of the beach and pool from this recently updated condo. The living room is a wonderful place for the whole family together to catch up after a long day at the beach! The beautifully designed kitchen with granite counters and all new appliances will keep dinner a breeze. Not to mention the private electric grill and patio seating for 4 makes summer BBQs even easier! The primary bedroom has a new king-sized bed as well as a private bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a new king sized bed and the third bedroom, or the “Crow’s Nest” has 3 twin beds, perfect for the little ones of the family!

All of the condos are equipped with private Wi-Fi and have TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and second bedroom. We provide initial toilet paper, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwasher pods. Guests are advised to bring supplementary items if needed.

Take advantage of the recreational opportunities of this private gated community, including a large oceanfront pool, children's playground, two tennis courts with pickleball court lines, and a basketball hoop. Our indoor amenities include a heated pool, sauna, racquetball court, and fitness center.

The beautiful, white, sandy beaches are just a two-minute walk from buildings 1 and 2 and a three-minute walk from building 3. The beaches are accessible by car with just a short drive north to the Dondanville Road Access.

Only a 15-minute drive away is historic downtown Saint Augustine, where there is no shortage of shopping, dining, or fun activities for people of all ages. Check out the town's many historic attractions or hop on the Trolley to see it all on the go! You can purchase DISCOUNTED tickets to the Old Town Trolley and many of Saint Augustine’s attractions right in the main office at the property!

Saint Augustine has no shortage of kid friendly entertainment! Check out the Alligator Farm or the Lighthouse and Maritime Museum here on the island or head downtown for the Pirate and Treasure Museum or Potter’s Wax Museum for some good old fashion family fun!

Excellent Condo!

We have stayed at Coral Reef Club for the last couple of years. The staff are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is very family oriented. Great place for families. This condo was exceptional. Very clean, awesome view to see the sunrise and had everything we needed. Only suggestion would be to have more bath towels. We only had two in each bathroom. Will rent this condo again!!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Our boys loved the indoor and outdoor pool plus super easy access to the beach. The large outdoor patio was really nice for all 5 of us to chill after a long day at the beach. Will be back!

Some basics not provided.

Check in easy and property is clean and well maintained. Beach was beautiful. Poll cleaned daily. We did have to purchase toilet paper, dish washing detergent, trash bags, and hand soap. Towels were minimum amount. Did not include beach or pool towels.

The condo itself was in a great location.

A couple of things could be improved. The bed pillows were hard as rocks. We used the pillows from the couch to sleep. The water pressure and shower heads was very weak. You almost have to run around the shower to get wet. 2 rolls of toilet paper for 7 people for 4 days.

The check-in process was very easy. And the complex is great! The complex is great for families. There were lots of kids and there was an elevator which was great for my parents. But there are a few things they could improve upon: (1) the beds are very uncomfortable. The listing said the mattresses were new. (2) the condo does not come with beach towels. This is the first property I’ve rented in the St Augustine beach area that did not come with beach towels. We had to go buy them for our stay. (3) initially there were only four (4) towels for showering. We had to go to the administrative building to get more since there were six of us which was known before our arrival.
