This was just an overnight stay on our travels, we had our little dog with us and was given what I believe to be the pet friendly room, which reeked of dog urine, very musty, muggy and damp feeling. Outside property very appealing, and deceiving. Evening check in staff member was friendly and efficient.

The hotel room we had smelled really bad . There was a few bugs on the floor unfortunately. The pool area was nasty and the ac was so noisy and smelled terrible.

Friendly workers. I really liked the smell of hand soap, shampoo and conditioner called Green Tea. White bed linen and towels have a fresh smell in the room. Thanks to the cleaning service.

They were pretty friendly (at an additional fee) price was good, rooms are up dated but i wasn't told I'd be taking care of a dehumidifier that was in the room and clearly needed. We went out and when we returned, the floor was all damp and bedding damp and then realized we had to empty the water which ended up being 3 times a day.. we stayed 3 nights and we had free time the last night so we went up to the pool/ hot tub but they were closed for pool cleaning, we were very disappointed.... all in all it was a pleasant stay for a reasonable price..

Well, this place is a great value, clean enough for you to shower and sleep. The staff was very attentive and always reachable. The pool and bathroom need some tlc but if you are staying just to spend the day at historic St Augustine or the beach, not a deal breaker (at least for me). About 10 to 15 min walk away from old town and about 15 min drive to the beach. Nothing really bad to say about this place.

It was the perfect location for everything we wanted to accomplish on our visit! Loved the ice maker in the room! Helped so much in the heat. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable as well. Staff was super kind and helpful.

Nice place to stay

Nice staff, clean rooms. A bit noisy at night near the pool, but otherwise, a nice stay. Great views of the river, especially at sunset. Close to shopping and restaurants, and right next door to the trolley.
