they charge for parking, gym is next hotel over, beds are uncomfortable, cleaning product has super strong smell that the room needs aired out. Staff is great though, hotel is clean, breakfast is decent.

The staff was amazing and actually connected us with a local tour guide who was aweseome - ask for Lloyd! He mafe our stay memorable! Rooms were updated and clean. Only things that could be improved is the breakfast (not a lot of options) and no workout room. Overall great experience though!

Room was clean and appeared remodeled fairly recently. Shower diverted did not allow full hot water, however, which is ok if you like lukewarm shower. Breakfast lacked meat and could do with a little more fruit like bananas. Decaf coffee was lukewarm and no microwave in breakfast area with which to heat it up. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was in good condition. However, the thermostat in the room appeared to be not adjustable. We stayed during the cold spell and the room was cold at night and we were without extra blankets. By morning the heat was blowing hard again even though we had not changed the thermostat.

My room was not clean and I noticed somebody went in the room, I told the front desk and the front desk called the lady who is in charge of the cleaners/ and I charge the in the morning but that lady did nothing. I went to her the next day because the agreement was for her to check the cameras to see who came in the room which she did not. The lady was very dismissive and appeared not know her job and what customers service means. She was not helpful at all, sat there all day did absolutely nothing

Hotel is in a great location closer to St Augustine central historic area , but pretty old hotel No blankets at all and was a pretty cold night It was clean but I would not stay there again for that price Breakfast ok not many options , had to get there early to have food warm + coffee warm also
