This is our 3rd time staying and other visits have been great. This time not so much! There was a group of people in the bar area that were extremely loud and could heard through all floors and into the rooms starting at 10:00pm and finally ended at 1:00am after mysel and others complained. I feel that management should not have allowed this behavior but it seems the allowed it throughout the night! Very disappointed! loud and could clearly be heard throughout all floors and I to the rooms.

During my stay, I was assigned a room located next to an AC machine that operated throughout the night, resulting in continuous noise. I also observed that the toilet sink had not been properly cleaned and appeared unhygienic. Furthermore, the water was clogged while I was washing my face, which caused inconvenience. I would kindly request that these matters be addressed to improve the guest experience.

I have stayed at the Renaissance a couple of times in the past. The hotel has declined very much since my last stay. It should be closed and renevated completely. beds where very substantard, matterses where very hard and completely worn out. I will never stay there again
