The home accommodates up to six guests with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms arranged for comfort and privacy. Each bedroom offers space to recharge at the end of the day, and nearby bathrooms make morning and evening routines simple. Fresh bed linens and essentials are provided, along with a washer and dryer to support longer visits or beach-filled days.

Living spaces
An open living layout welcomes you in with natural light, generous seating, and an HDTV for relaxed downtime. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected or handle remote work when needed. An in-home elevator provides added convenience for moving between levels.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen includes the appliances and basics needed to prepare meals whenever you choose to dine in. A dining table brings everyone together for shared breakfasts or dinners, and the outdoor grill offers another option after a day by the ocean or the pool.

Outdoor living and pool access
Patio and balcony extend your living space outdoors, where coastal air sets the tone year-round. Guests have access to a shared outdoor pool that is available all year and is saltwater. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). Beach access across A1A makes it easy to set out for shoreline walks, ocean swims, or quiet moments by the water.

Parking, access, and convenience
A private entrance and self check-in via lockbox ensure a smooth arrival. Free parking on the premises includes three spaces, and the garage can accommodate watercraft such as a boat or jet ski. Air conditioning, heating, a ceiling fan, and standard home safety features support a comfortable stay in any season.

Pet-friendly stays
This home is dog friendly with pre-approval and additional fees, so your four-legged companion can join your coastal getaway.

-Pool is Not Heated & shared with the North house. No hot tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through outer gate.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
