Three bedrooms spread across three floors give everyone their own retreat, with 2.5 bathrooms placed conveniently near each level. Linens are provided, and a washer and dryer keep beach towels and clothes fresh throughout the stay.

The open living area is built for easy evenings - plenty of seating, natural light, and an HDTV for winding down. Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace keep you connected, while air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans keep things comfortable year-round.
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is equipped for cooking together, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a dining table for shared meals. Step out to the patio or balcony for fresh air, or use the grill for an evening cookout.
Outdoor living & beach access
The Atlantic sits just across A1A, close enough that you can catch the breeze from the balcony. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided. The community saltwater pool, shared with the North house, is another way to spend the afternoon - unheated and surrounded by palms and ocean air (no hot tub).
Parking & access
Self check-in via lockbox and a private entrance make arrival simple. Three parking spaces are available on-site, with garage space that accommodates a boat or jet ski. Smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are all in place. An elevator - at least 52 inches deep with a 32-inch doorway - connects all three levels.
