Three comfortable beds ensure everyone has their own retreat, while 2.5 bathrooms provide convenience for families or small groups. Fresh linens and towels are ready upon arrival, making it easy to settle in and unwind.

Outdoor living
After a stroll along North Vilano Beach, take a dip in the shared saltwater pool or relax on your private deck surrounded by the ocean breeze. The patio or balcony offers a calm spot to enjoy the coastal air. Free parking on the premises accommodates up to three vehicles, making local exploration effortless.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and dining table for home-style meals. A coffee maker and toaster add familiar comfort to your mornings, while cooking basics and utensils help you prepare simple dishes with ease. Comfort & amenities

Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub).

-Must be 25 years old minimum to rent this property. ID Required.
-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Pool is Not Heated & shared with the North house. No hot tub.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
