Living Space
This three-level beach house comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Natural light and open living areas create a space that feels easy to gather in, whether you’re sharing meals at the dining table or unwinding with a show on the HDTV. An in-home elevator connects all levels, adding convenience for guests of all ages, and a private entrance allows you to come and go on your own schedule.

Sleeping Arrangements
The home offers three bedrooms with beds arranged to suit a variety of group needs. The layout supports restful nights after full days spent at the beach or exploring nearby St. Augustine, with bathrooms thoughtfully placed to serve the home’s layout without crowding.

Kitchen & Dining
A full kitchen provides space for preparing your own meals, with standard appliances and room to cook comfortably during longer stays. The dining area is designed for shared meals and conversation, making it easy to linger at the table after a day outdoors. An outdoor grill adds another option for casual evenings at home.

Outdoor Living & Pool
Step outside to enjoy a patio or balcony where you can take in the coastal air. A shared saltwater pool, available year-round and unheated, offers a refreshing way to cool off after time at the beach. The pool is shared with the neighboring unit and is a relaxed spot to unwind rather than a private amenity. Although unheated, the pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub).

Location & Access
Beach access is located just across A1A, placing the sand and surf only moments away. For those traveling with watercraft, the garage offers space suitable for a boat or jet ski, and free parking on the premises includes three spaces. The Intracoastal Waterway is nearby, and historic downtown St. Augustine is only a short drive away, with its restaurants, shops, and centuries-old landmarks.

Comfort & Practicalities
The home includes air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, WiFi, a dedicated workspace, and a washer and dryer to support extended stays. Self check-in via lockbox allows for a smooth arrival, and safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are in place for peace of mind.

Dogs are allowed with pre-approval and additional fees.

-Please be aware that outdoor surveillance camera(s) are in operation on this property for security purposes.
-Pool is Not Heated & shared with the North house. No hot tub. Pool accessible from ground floor only through outer gate.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
